Welcome to Ezan360.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ezan360 mobile application and related services provided by Ezan360 ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Ezan360 provides prayer times, religious utilities, and related features for personal use.

You agree to:
- use the app only for lawful purposes
- not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack the service
- not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app
- not use the app for commercial purposes without permission

2. Accounts

Some features may require creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Advertisements

The app may display advertisements.

By using Ezan360, you agree that ads may be shown within the app. Advertisements may be provided by third-party partners. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisements.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription ("Premium").

By subscribing:
- you agree to pay the price shown in the app
- subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- cancellations must be managed through your Apple App Store account settings

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your payment information and do not handle billing directly. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Ezan360 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Ezan360 provides informational religious tools only and does not replace professional or official religious authority.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezan360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the last 12 months, if any.

10. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services such as analytics, advertising networks, and payment providers. We are not responsible for those services or their policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated or the app is misused. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.
